Maltese book

Since November 2003 there is a new book available about the Maltese (unfortunately it's only in Dutch) It's been written by Diana van Houten, she is a veterinary surgeon and publishes articles about pets in several professional- and public journals and has a column in a famous Dutch magazine "The Margriet" which appears weekly.

In January she contacted me if she could come with a photographer to take some pictures of my Maltese. We made an appointment somewhere in February, and Diana en Esther Verhoef arrived at our home to take some pictures. At that time we had a litter from Disney and Smousy, so they loved it and could take some more pictures then they expected. Disney and Kiara were true photographic models which you can see in the book. They look lovely, watch below to see a short impression of the book!

Continu story

When finally the book was available in several shops, we bought the book right away to see how our own dogs were published. We think they look absolutely lovely and finally we went reading the book because we didn't knew what she had been written. But really the book is full with good tips and information about the Maltese breed and remarks about buying a Maltese pup. You can also find information about the pup at home, raising the pup and lots more. And the amazing part is that this information I always tell the people which buy a new pup from us. So now I can refer to the book if people want a nice book the have at home. I always say to the people "I don't give you a puppy but also the responsibility for the small animal and for that I always will get a little bit nervous. AS long as the pups are within our home we are in control, but when the new owners leave our home with their new pup we can't control this anymore. That's why I' am really happy with the new book because everyone can find the suitable information and Tips. I can recommend the book to everyone.
